Based in the beautiful UNESCO heritage site of the UK Lake District, Mindful Rewilding is a hybrid of mindfulness in nature, ecopsychology and ancient, indigenous wisdom. We offer mindfulness in nature courses, ecopsychology and mindfulness training along with courses in ancient wisdom traditions.
Mindful rewilding is opportunity to create a pause amid the constraints of modern living. Our mission is to bring you thought provoking blogs, videos and courses that open the door to a deeper connection with the beautiful planet that we live on. When you begin to mindfully re-wild you create the opportunity to re-establish the innate connection with nature mindfulness that you were born with. Join us. Why Mindful Rewilding?
At Mindful Rewilding we’re qualified mindfulness teachers. Therefore, we adhere to the leading mindfulness body guidelines, the UK Good Practice Guidelines. As a result, we are BAMBA certified teacher on the UK Teachers Register. Moreover, our lead trainer is an IMTA professionally certified mindfulness teacher, holding an MSc in Mindfulness Studies from Aberdeen University. In addition, she is currently conducting PhD research into indigenous wisdom traditions and ecopsychology. We’re curious about the world we live in. Consequently we’re constantly updating ourselves by conducting our own research into all things mindful rewilding.
